Tell us where you are.
Begin with the part of life or work asking for attention: what you are working through, what you want to change, and what kind of support would help. You do not need to know the exact coaching category to start.
How it works
For the moments when you know something needs attention, even if you are still figuring out how to describe it. The Becoming Continuum is a founding-stage marketplace, and this is the request-first experience we are building toward.
01
Begin with the part of life or work asking for attention: what you are working through, what you want to change, and what kind of support would help. You do not need to know the exact coaching category to start.
02
Your responses can become a clear request shaped around your goals, preferences, and the coach fit you are looking for. As the marketplace develops, requests are intended to include coaching category, what you are working through, desired outcomes, coaching style, virtual or in-person preference, availability, and a budget or rate range.
03
In the intended marketplace, coaches who believe they are a fit can send thoughtful, personalized proposals that explain their approach, relevant experience, availability, and proposed rate. This is not an auction or a search for the lowest price; it is a more considered conversation about fit.
04
You will be able to review those responses alongside future coach profiles, then choose the person who feels right for the work ahead. The client remains in control of the decision, the pace, and whether to move forward.
05
Once a coach is selected, the marketplace is intended to support communication, session scheduling, working together, and eventually reviewing the relationship. These are the capabilities we are building toward—not promises of what is available today.
Built around you
Conventional coach directories begin with a list of people to sort through. The Becoming Continuum begins with what you need, before asking you to translate your life into the right search term.
Your request is meant to make room for context, preferences, and the kind of support that feels useful. From there, the future marketplace can help create a more intentional starting point for both client and coach.
Help shape the first chapter as a client seeking support or a founding coach. Interest does not guarantee matching, acceptance, availability, or a future marketplace outcome.
