The Becoming Continuum is a founding-stage coaching marketplace designed around the person seeking support—not a fixed ideal self, a prescribed timeline, or a directory of whoever happens to be available. The idea is simple: start with what you need.
Becoming can mean working toward a goal, building accountability, moving through a transition, making a decision, or developing the next part of your life. As the marketplace takes shape, clients will be able to share what they are working through and the kind of coaching support they want.
Coaches who see a fit will be able to respond with thoughtful proposals, and clients will choose the coaching relationship that feels right for them. Profiles, proposals, communication, relationship tools, and reviews are future capabilities we are building toward—not features available today.
The future model

Coaching should not feel like scrolling through a directory and hoping the right words happen to appear at the right time.
The Continuum is being designed so a client can create a free account and begin with the real question: what am I working through, what kind of coaching support would help, and where do I want to go next? Relevant coaches can review that request and submit personalized proposals. The client can then consider each coach's fit, expertise, and approach before choosing a coach and beginning a relationship. It is a more intentional way to connect—not a lowest-price competition.

In the future, free membership will give clients a profile and a place to describe their goals, needs, preferences, and hopes for coaching. You will be able to create requests without knowing exactly which kind of coach you need before you begin.
You will be able to receive proposals, review coach profiles and approaches, choose a coach, and build an ongoing coaching relationship from there. For now, you can share where you are starting so the first version is built around real needs.
For coaches

The future Continuum will give coaches a place to create a professional profile, define their specialties and approach, browse relevant client requests, submit unlimited tailored proposals, and set their own rates.
It is designed to make room for client communication, relationship management, and reviews as coaching relationships grow. The future model is planned around a monthly membership, rather than individual lead fees, with no promise of clients, income, bookings, or outcomes. Today, we are inviting coaches to help shape that experience before it opens.
